First Things First...Where Should you Start?

Because I have been working from home for years, I constantly am asked what I do, where I find work, and how I got started. In essence, that is the entire point of this blog...sharing all those things with all of you.

It honestly took me a year or so to find ways to make "real" money online...to weed through all the B.S. that is out there, and get to the places that pay. If you read the rest of this article, you can take some shortcuts and get started right away!

Refurbished Computers are a Great Bargain!

If you are like me and work your computers to death, it can be expensive staying in business! I literally have to replace one of the components or some software every few months. That is why I was excited to meet Gareth and Paul--- owners of EFlex Computers! They refurbished preowned and off- lease computers for resale. You can buy a great computer with all the bells and whistles for a fraction of what a new computer would cost. I will never buy a new computer again:)

Easy Affiliate Marketing and FREE Money!

I stumbled upon something interesting this week, and decided that it was time to take the plunge. I have read a lot about affiliate marketing, but have always been a little intimidated-- not sure why, really.  But, I happened on a product to promote by accident, and their program is so straightforward, and easy to promote, that I think it is a great product to start learning about affiliate marketing with.

Recently, I was looking for a less expensive way to send our out-of-state son moneythan wiring it, and came across reloadable debit cards. They are convenient, easy to use, and much less expensive than sending the money by wire.

I ordered a card for myself and one for our son. I can transfer money between the two cards easily online, and if I need to add more, I can buy a reload pack here in our state and go online to load the money onto his reloadable card. The reload cards are available so many places-- grocery stores,Dollar General, Walmart, drug stores, and convenience stores, so they are easy to grab when needed.

It is free to transfer between accounts and cards, and it costs just $3.95 to reload up to $500, sometimes less, depending on where you add money to the card. The card itself looks like most other debit cards. They are black, with the MasterCard logo, and do not scream prepaid, which is important to my son.

Now, here is the best part. A friend of mine told me about this, so the first time I put money on my card, my friend and I both got a $20 bonus. And, it gets better! Now that I have an account, everybody that I refer gets a $20 bonus when they load at least $40 on their card, and I get $20 for each one! You can, too--- just use the link for the FREE money card and get started.

While I have not previously ventured into the world of Affiliate Marketing-- I know a lot of people making lots of money by marketing other people's products. This is basically what this is all about. I introduce the product to additional people and reap the reward for doing so. So, this is my maiden affiliate venture-- who wants to join me?

Five Ways to Increase Comfort and Save Money in your Office Space

This guest post was submitted by Allen Williams, and tackles something so basic we often neglect to consider it-- comfort level in your work space.

A comfortable working environment increases productivity and leads to greater job satisfaction. If you are a business owner, your first priority should be to provide your employees with a comfortable workplace. If you work out of your own home office, these tips can help you save on costs for your office and your entire home. If you face cold weather or overly warm weather conditions where your office is located, ensure you have a proper cooling or heating system to keep everyone comfy while they work.
